These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Delights Blog website and the purchase of digital products from us. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.
1. About Us
Delights Blog sells digital products, including cookbooks, recipe collections, guides and other downloadable content.
2. Digital Products
All products offered by Delights Blog are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions and previews are provided to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
3. Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable Norwegian VAT where required.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods: Stripe.
An order is binding once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is normally instantaneous or within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email does not arrive promptly. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.
5. Licence and Permitted Use
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product.
You may:
Download and store the file for your own personal use.
Print copies for personal household use.
You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, lend or give away the files (including free sharing).
Upload the content to any website, social media platform or file-sharing service.
Use the content commercially (for example, selling printed versions or using the material in paid courses or services) without our prior written permission.
Remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds (Norwegian / EEA Consumer Law)
Because the products are digital content supplied immediately:
Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) and applicable EEA rules, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
This right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun if, before the order is completed, you:
expressly consent to immediate delivery, and
acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once performance has started.
We will obtain this consent via a clear checkbox (or equivalent) at checkout. Once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed, the purchase is final and no refund is due solely because you changed your mind.
We will, however, provide a refund or replacement where:
there is a technical fault that prevents you from downloading or opening the file and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, or
the product has a significant defect that makes it unfit for its intended purpose.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on Delights Blog (including text, recipes, images, design and downloadable files) is owned by Delights Blog or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase grants only the limited licence described in section 5.
8. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when ordering and keep your download links and files secure. You agree not to use the website or products for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The author is not a dietitian, doctor, or other medical professional. Recipes, guides and other content are provided for general informational and personal use. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following the material. Digital products are supplied “as is”.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Delights Blog is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited under Norwegian law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on the website with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts. Consumers resident in Norway or the EEA also retain any mandatory rights they have under consumer protection legislation, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable.
